Lisa Singer graced the front cover of Horse Show Magazine. Inside was a 6 page article about Lisa and her Morgans. Mimi Thorington, the Morgan's owner, was also highlighted in the article.

True to the reputatuon of showing up to help each other, members of the Northern region showed up at Becky Faircloth's recently purchased new home and in one day apinted it entirely. Becky offered sumptuous food to usfor our efforts. Condolences to Jane Brown on the recent loss of her father.

Deepest regrets to Greg Montgomery on the loss of Jennifer Montgomery. A tribute to Jennifer as read by Bill Parkhurst at the Citrus Cup appears below.

Well she's gone now. About a week ago Jennifer's body decided it's journey on this earth was finished and that it was time to go. So we lost a good friend.
As Lord Byron wrote:
We cannot tell the precise moment when friendship is formed, It comes drop by drop in a series of kindness. There is at last one that makes the heart run over.

We miss you already Jennifer for you are our friend. We will always remember your fondness to others, both friends, employees and casual acquaintances. The way you'd make people feel wanted and included. We picture your shy smile and warmth, the way you dressed with a sense of style and understated elegance. We rememebr your devotion to your family and the way you talked with pride and love about Reagan and Ryan. We see your joy and happiness as you romped with your herd of dogs at the farm.

And most of all we will always honor your dedication to Morgans. You and Greg had 11 of them and they were the light of your life. Your brilliant smile of accomplishment and delight last January coming out of this ring with a Charity Show blue ribbion will always be cherished memory. You loved Vigilante and carefully orchestrated a show and breeding career for him that will stand in lasting tribute to you. You were ever generous to Morgans, supporting the FMHA and its programs and shows as well AMHA activities and the American Morgan Horse Institute. You were a driving forcein starting the Morgan Club's first Yearling Challenge. You treated life as an adventure and Morgans were an integral part of it.

So in recognition of you and your life with Morgans we dedicate a Plaque to your memory which will be given each year by the FMHA at Citru Cup to the Junior Exhibitor High Piont Champion.

We miss you Jennifer and wish you well on your con tinued journey. For you will always be a cherished friend. So I will say good bye Jennifer and thank you for being part of our lives...
