Enjoyment Of Life

He was born on Sept. 2, 1982 and we were very proud parents and still are,
as you will be able to tell when you read further.
This part of the story is very true,
I felt like I had an angle in my life. While I was pregnant with
Chris, I had a dream that I was going to have a little girl looked like her dad,
Doug. After I got up the next morning I told Doug that we was going to have a little boy,
looked just like him. Seemed like I had an angle
or a message from God telling me that I was going to
get what I wanted. And while I was pregnant
with our little girl Felicia, I had the same
dream but in that dream I dreamed that I was going to have a little boy,
then I knew for sure without a doubt in my mind that
I was going to have our little girl,
which we are very proud of too..Sometimes
our wishes does come true in our lives. We have two healthy children
and we are very proud of them both.

At the age of three, Chris was riding a 16 inch bike without training wheels,
and he was so proud of himself. He taught
several boys, which was older then him to ride a bike
and not to be afraid of it.He was never scared of riding
or doing anything when he was little. He felt like
he was a big boy, just like his dad at the age of three.

As the year passed, he has loved hunting
with his dad and with his friends. He has gotten
several deer, but we didn't have a camera to get their
pictures. He also got a big red squirrel
this year, which is getting mounted.
And hopefully next year he will get his deer again and
we get it mounted.

He loves to play basketball and has received many trophies.
We are proud parents that he chose this sports
to play during his youth and young adult years.

One night my dad was in the hospital ill and we went to see
him and my dad told Chris if he plays
basketball that he would give him a $1.00
for each basket he makes and $2.00 for each three points he
makes. My dad never has been
able to come and see Chris play ball, so he really didn't
know what he was getting himself into.
My brother, Raymond was there too and he asked my dad if he knew
what he was saying, Raymond has seen Chris play
and he knew how good Chris was and could
be if he sets his mind to it. and this year he was the top two
scorer he made 102 points in all.
So yes you all guess it my dad has to pay up,
lol and he has already begin too. But he is
a proud grandfather. I wish I still
had my mother with us, she loved watching Chris play.

So as, everyone can read and tell that we are
very proud parents, and glad that
we have Chris as a son. Don't get me wrong,
Chris makes mistakes each day he is human
like us all. Someday he has his times that
he trys us, but as he is growing up he is getting better.

We want everyone to know that we love
our son and stand behind him throughout his life.
We hope that you all feel the same way
with your children as we do ours.
We only have them once and we need to love,
protect and guide them through their lives the best we can.
We love you very much Chris:
Mom and Dad
