Pete and the wonderful team at Bellevue Pharmacy Solutions, located in St. Louis, MO
work with women and their doctors, in obtaining NHRT, all through out the U.S., and
internationally, please visit the Bellevue Pharmacy Solutions
Website, and ask them about by prescription, compounded, Bio Identical Hormones today!

Bellevue Pharmacy is *my* pharmacy and I'm very pleased with the sublingual nhrt
I receive from them. Pete and the staff work tirelessly
to assist women who are struggling to find hormonal balance.

For the first time since my TAH/BSO, three years ago, I feel like the hormone therapy
I'm using is *really* effective, and has helped me
to feel like the woman I was before my surgery.

Pete was kind enough to answer a few questions about his work in pharmacy.

Q. How long have you been in Pharmacy and how did you know that Pharmacy was your calling?

A. I have been a Pharmacist since 1973. I became interested in Pharmacy
when I worked in a Pharmacy in High School. I enjoyed the environment and I
had the desire to pursue it when it was time to go to College.

Q. Can you tell us how you, as a Pharmacist became so very knowledgeable about
Bio-Identical hormones, and hormone replacement therapy?

A. I became interested in Hormones when I accepted a position with a Pharmacy
that was in need of a Pharmacist to call on Physicians. Since then,
I have studied it at great length by attending
seminars and reading numerous articles.

Q. The road to obtaining NHRT can be very confusing and difficult at times
for some of us as some doctors are reluctant to prescribe it or seem
not to be very familiar with NHRT. Do you believe there will come a
time when NHRT will become more acceptable and
widely prescribed by mainstream medical doctors?

A. Natural HRT is becoming more acceptable everyday.
It is getting much easier to get Doctors to prescribe. More and more
of them are inquiring about NHRT than in the past.

Q. What is your biggest challenge as a Pharmacist?

A. The biggest challenge in my job is, to get each woman balanced to fit
her symptoms and needs, and to help her understand what we are trying to do
and how we can accomplish those results.

Q. Bellevue Pharmacy has a unique hormone delivery form in the
sublingual tablet, could you tell us more about this?

A. The sublingual tablet that we make is a "True Sublingual Tablet".
Not a lozenge or troche, that is made with sugar like a piece of candy
which takes 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve. You often swallow a lot of
the saliva this way and it is not any better than a capsule. It also
can cause dental cavities if used for 3 months or longer in a row.
Tastes bad and costs a lot more.

Our tablet dissolves in one to two and a half minutes.
It is orange flavored, costs less, has no sugar and can hold two
or three hormones in one tablet. It can also contain only one hormone
individually. It can be split in half with a pill cutter to obtain
a half dose and it does not require refrigeration.

We have a special machine that is used to make the sublingual with
our special formula. We do have several studies that were done with
our sublingual tablet, done by doctors of research to prove it's efficacy.

Q. Any advice you can offer women in terms of finding a
health care practitioner who believes in and is willing to prescribe nhrt?

A. Sometimes finding the right health practitioner can be difficult.
It can take many phone calls and counseling to see if the Doctor is
willing to work with her in using NHRT. For those who cannot accomplish
this with their doctor we do now offer our own
house Doctor that can be used instead.
