Once upon a time many moons ago, there were two good friends by the names of Dub & Joey. Dub, played bass and knew that Joey had himself an acoustic guitar, so he gave Joey a call on the phone one day. He said "Hey, what's up man? I got this crazy but yet wonder- ful idea! Why don't you buy an electric guitar and we can start up a punk band, but kind of like a cross between Pennywise and the Violent Femmes". At the time, ska was unknown to Dub and Joey. Not to long after Joey got his guitar, they heard Operation Ivy and Punch The Clown from a freind at school and their vision of their band and its music became more clear.

Obviously you can't have a band with only guitar and a bass guitar so they began the search for a drummer. Not really realizing that how difficult this task would turn out to be, they kept at it until they came across Dan. Joey had met Dan in his math class in high school, and when he heard about Dan's ability to play the drums he knew that this was it.

Joey, Dan, and Dub kept jamming but nothing seemed to come from it. Dan suggested that we try a new guitarist, and Joey could just sing. All were pretty much in an agreement with this idea so we found Matt. Matt was a great guitarist but it still wasn't working out for us. We all just kind of drifted apart as a band and even as friends with each other.

Still wanting to to be in a band, Dan and Joey always had kept a look out for anybody who just might be down with being in a band. Joey met a kid in the art club, Joe. Joe also played the drums and wanted to try to start a up band too. Dan being the musical type of guy that he was, stepped down from being the drummer and took up the trumbone. Finally everything seemed to be going good, they had Joey on the guitar, Joe on the drums, Dan on a horn, and another friend playing the trumbone also(Mike Regan). At this point they didn't have a bassist yet, but still practiced and had some skanking beats going on. After a couple of months playing together they got Matt to come and play bass for the band. At this time we were going by the name of Red Rocket.

It was very unfortunate but Matt had already turned to the dark side, and they just couldn't save him. Matt was getting into too many drugs way over his head and started stepping on toes and we broke up.

Joey and Dan still didn't lose hope in this their dream of pursuing a band and this is when their blessing came into action. That's right,no other than the big man himself, Mike, bass player extraordinaire. That was it, all that they needed to get it to click just right.

After a few months of nonstop practice we decided that maybe we needed something extra to get us jumpstarted. That's when we decided to add our friend Dave on vocals and from then on we were set. So, close to six years later, they are now known as Brad Get Your Bag, Joey on guitar/vocals, Mike on bass/vocals, Dave on vocals, and Dan on the drums.
