So for all those who have waited for "The Judge" to be judged, it happened April 3rd at my Grandson's first birthday party. At the age of one, Mr. Peyton Johnson Welch voted his Grand Pa's pork ribs to be the best in the nation. This was evidenced by what happened when his mom tried to take the rib away so they could serve the birthday cake.
