Nov 7&8, 2009 - At his second show weekend out since 2008, Moose took BACK TO BACK BEST OF BREED WINS at the Brooksville, FL, Dog Shows under Honorable Judges Pam Joy Douglas and Alice Bixler. This makes him 4 out of 4!!
Nov 6, 2009 - At the ASDCA National Specialty held in Napa, CA, CH ALATURKA'S HAVALI SAVASCI (aka "HALI") was awarded BEST OPPOSITE SEX.
Oct 10&11, 2009 - At his first show weekend out since 2008, Moose took BACK TO BACK BEST OF BREED WINS at the Lake City, FL, Dog Shows under Honorable judges Kenneth Buxton and Alberto Berrios.
March 19, 2009 - At her first show since her big Eukanuba win in Long Beach, CA, "HALI", finished her AKC Championship and became CH ALATURKA'S HAVALI SAVASCI by taking BEST OF BREED from regular classes. She then went on to take BEST OF BREED the next three shows at the Valejo, CA, show cluster on March 20, 21 & 22.

December 14, 2008 - In one of the biggest upsets of the year, ALATURKA'S HAVALI SAVASCI (the ONLY non-Champion entered this year) was awarded BEST OF BREED at the AKC Eukanuba National Championship, making her AKC's #3 Anatolian bitch for 2008.

September 21, 2008 - Alaturka's Havali Savasci "HALI" was awarded her second 5pt major when she took WINNERS BITCH at the 2008 ASDCA National Specialty show weekend held in Atlanta, GA.
September 18, 2008 - After being out of the show ring since February 2008, Moose was awarded the only AWARD OF MERIT at the ASDCA National Specialty held in Atlanta, GA.
March 22, 2008 - At her first show out since October 27, 2006, CH Island Farm Kolay of Alaturka (aka "Daisy Mae"), handled by Gary Sheetz, was awarded BEST OF BREED out of seven Anatolians by Honorable Judge Marcia Tucker at a show held in Ocala, Florida.

March 01, 2008 - Alaturka's Havali Savasci "HALI" was awarded her first 5pt major when she took BEST OF BREED over Champions at the 2008 Scottsdale Dog Fancier's Dog Show held in Scottsdale, AZ.

WESTMINSTER KENNEL CLUB SHOW: Competing with some of the top Anatolians in the country, Moose was awarded the only AWARD OF MERIT at the Westminster Kennel Club show held at the Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Dec 31, 2007:
Moose is ASDCA's National Specialty Winner for 2007!
Moose is AKC's #2 Anatolian for 2007 with a total of 35 BEST OF BREED wins!
Moose is AKC's ONLY Group One Anatolian for 2007!
Dec 13, 2007 - Moose was awarded BEST OF BREED at the Breeder's Showcase held in Orlando, Florida. This event is for Breeders Only.
Sept 29 thru Dec 16, 2007 - Moose was awarded 14 more BEST OF BREED wins and, as of November 17th, became AKC's #2 Anatolian.
SEPTEMBER 21, 2007 - Moose entered the record books today when the Honorable Judge Mrs Chris Walkowicz awarded him BEST OF BREED at the 2007 ASDCA National Specialty Show, then went on to award him a WORKING GROUP ONE!! He was also awarded BEST WORKING DOG in a class for dogs that are active livestock guardians.
June 2-3 - We sent our Champion boy to Charlottesville, VA this weekend with 15 Anatolians entered each day. Again, Moose was awarded back to back BEST OF BREED wins!! This was a very special weekend for Linda and me. This weekend's wins also moved him up to AKC's #3 Anatolian.
May 5-6 - Mustafa's fourth AKC Dog Show Weekend yielded back to back BEST OF BREED wins and finished his AKC Championship with him tied for AKC's #4 Anatolian!
April 29 - Mustafa's third AKC Dog Show Weekend yielded his third BEST OF BREED win and his third major win.
March 17-18 - Mustafa's second AKC Dog Show Weekend yielded back-to-back BEST OF BREED wins, his 2nd Major, and a Working GROUP 4!!
Jan 27-28 - Mustafa went to his first AKC Dog Show Weekend -- Took Winners Dog and BEST OF WINNERS for his first 3 pt Major!!

December 3rd - Siri was awarded BEST OPPOSITE SEX, while her dad, Ernie, took BEST OF BREED at the AKC Eukanuba National Championship in Longbeach, CA. This is the first time a father/daughter anatolian combination has ever won at Eukanuba! Ernie, at 8-1/2 years old, is also the oldest ASD to take breed at Eukanuba!!

Tilki came to live with me July 1st all the way from Oregon.
Tilki went to six WWKC shows as a Junior Puppy (3-6mo) and was Awarded BEST IN SHOW JR PUPPY four times, JR PUPPY Gp 1 five times and JR PUPPY Gp 2 once. The JR PUPPY Working Group averaged 12-14 puppies.
Sagi was awarded BEST IN SHOW Adult Bitch once and Gp 1 Adult Bitch 4 times at World Wide Kennel Club shows.
At the 1993 ARBA Cherry Blossom Classic (Largest Rare Breed show in the world), Sagi took Back to Back BEST OF BREEDs (Sat PM show & Sun AM show) from regular classes over more than 20 Anatolians, 11 of which were ARBA Champions, and finished her ARBA Championship. Sagi finished the year as ARBA's #1 Anatolian Bitch.
Sagi completed ASDI (Anatolian Shepherd Dog Int'l) Championship.
Murgatroid was shown in the "Altered Dog" class at World Wide Kennel Club, finished his CM, and was awarded BEST IN SHOW 9 times in a row!!
