The cats are Kedi, a black spayed female who came to live with me as a very young kitten in May 2003 - Thadeus, an orange tabby male who showed up at my house in September 2003 - and Charlie, a huge black male that I just could not see destroyed because he was "too much trouble" to take care of. The arrival of the cats in 2003 made my dogs very happy, since we had been without cats around the house for a few months prior to them coming to live with us, and the dogs really missed having cats around.
