Weaknesses: His only weakness is his blind loyalty to Seth and his inability to clearly think for himself, due to his brain being tampered with.
Attack Patterns: Skan fights with excellent strategy, all of which he has extracted from old destroyed SWORDs, and capable of changing from one style of combat to another in the middle of a battle, so is often greatly underestimated. He also usually grafts a gun onto his arm during combat, also.

Weaponary/Powers
Skan normally uses no weapons; SWORDs do nearly all the fighting that needs to be done. However, he himself is a weapon. His mechanical body parts grant him a very high speed and strength. Also, many different guns can be grafted onto his shoulder where his left arm once was.
Skan also pilots the mobile suit Sentinel DX; an upgraded Sentinel. Mobile suits are very rare in his age, so few people can counter an attack by such a powerful machine.
Skan's new "eye", the mechanical one, while not serving as a weapon, is a very useful tool. It can sense all heat, and enhances sight to such a point where Skan can discern very, very small details that most people would miss even with normal mechanical aid.

History
With the Engineer's Guild battered down to a bare minumum, Skan Erreden decided to withdraw and rebuild it's defenses. It could only get in the way, now, in the war. But Nisemeisho, Skan's closest living friend, and the only living member of the Engineer's Guild's senior staff, argued that now was the time to lead a final assault with everythign they had. The argument became heated, and both sides threw insults that they didn't mean. Nismeisho left in an angry stalk. Alone to think, Skan decided that Nisemeisho was right. Now was the time to strike. So, with his airship Apocalypse and his mobile suit Sentinel, Skan launched a full-out attack on Seth's army. But he was shot down, and he died. This was seven years into the war.
One year later, Skan awoke again, but in many ways, he was not Skan. His left arm was gone, and his left eye was replaced with an artificial one. His lungs and heart were mechanical. And lastly, his brain was tampered with. He was forced to believe that Seth was a God, and the planet was his for the taking. All who thought otherwise, anybody, were to be killed. Skan worked on Seth's mechanical army, increasing production with his amazing mechanical skills over ten fold. The robots became more plentiful, and much more stronger. For many, many years, Skan lived only to serve Seth as the Master of Machines. In these years, Skan enhanced his own machines, building himself weapons and sensory enhancers.
For years, Skan did nothing but help Seth in the creation and upgrading of more and more SWORDs. Mass production of these weapons was also in the hands of Skan; Seth's only sentient follower. However, two beings threatened Seth's reign; Kenjii Ikaku and Ryushi Kaijonari.
Skan's first move was to take the prototype of his greatest SWORD; the Ultima; and destroy Ryushi. (I'm afraid that the rest is gonna have to be classified until the story is done. Spoilers suck!)
