In the summer of 2005, The Northgate High School Independent Filmmakers Society (NHSIFS) was created by two eager students who like movies and stuff. Their names are Laura and Margo. They started recruiting people who they thought would be contributing members to the club. They had their first meeting on June 24th. The rest, as they say, is history.
Mission:
To act as an incubator for the next generation of film makers by providing
technical training and opportunities for creating and screening original
short films.
