Welcome to the film project, HELL AT 30 BELOW. A compelling, romantic, nostalgic drama. A distressed, young woman commits herself to a state mental hospital, to escape her abusive husband. Behind those walls she struggles to find the will to live and the courage to leave her controlling husband, and eventually...a plan of escape, back to man she loves! The screenplay is an adaptation from Karen Kinsman's novel (both copyrighted under the same title)based on true events originating in the town of Duluth, Minnesota - a town notorious for its very cold winters. This deeply moving, timeless story written from the heart, will draw a wide (teens to adults) audience.
