My Favorite Photographs

My best work

This is a collection of the pieces that I am most fond of. Some of them I am proud of because I believe they show my skill. Some of them I just love because I remember being thrilled by the photographic opportunity the moment presented. But most of all this collection is a good representation of the way I see the world.

The Fisherman's Eden
The Fisherman's Eden
At this spot in Yellowstone, I encountered the thickest swarm of mosquitoes of my life. I was wise enough to douse myself in bugspray, but my poor dad got out of the car without bothering. His back was covered in little gray bugs while he set up his tripod - capturing the same image as here. I sure hope that fisherman had bugspray, too.
