Welcome to Brooks. You may not know this, but the schools probably not going to teach you everything you want to know about making movies. Sucks, right? Well we have to deal with it. You're going to learn as much as you put into it. There's a good number of details that get left out. Things you wouldn't know th efirst thing about. I hope to fill in these details. You're not going to learn everything in the classroom. You'll get some stuff, but not nearly as much as you probably want. You have to get out and crew on peoples shoots. Also, find people in your class and work with them. Getting a crew together as early as you can will help you immensly in the long run, even if you're only learning who not to work with. It also depends on what teachers you have. Some will give you all the details, others leave you clueless. In time this site should be a glimmer of hope in the career of an average Brooks student.
