公司簡介
我們是一家位台灣南部的公司，我們主要的經營項目是機車的生產與成衣進出口的業務，遠在1991年時本公司準備在越南剛開放之時搶先進入越南市場，而開始收集越南的投資相關資料，準備前往設立成衣廠，而前往越南實地考查更是不計其數，但那時越南市場資訊未明，法令經常更改，更因找不同的人有不同的說法，實在是吃盡了苦頭，在整整二年的時間中不停的來往折衝，才順利的在越南設廠完成，小弟有幸參與其過程，其艱難的程度不下登陸月球。但是越南是一個明日之星，今天不去，明天一定後悔，所以在工作之餘，我很希望能夠把這麼多年的經驗分享給台商朋友們，或是關心越南事務的各位先輩，我的資料都是實務上必備的資料，都是由越南工作時與公司業務相關而去取得的資料，我只有一個目的，是不要每個人都吃同樣的越南敗戰，或者說前人所犯下的錯誤，後人又來一次，台灣人那種不傳授他人的習慣真的要改。舉個例子，越南法律規定外國人不可以在越南購屋，而用人頭又非常的危險，但是卻每每有台灣人錢去樓空，但是你走在街頭，又有很多房子是台灣人的，那又是怎麼回事，這種事情的實務操作在我的"越南實戰"中有很詳盡的描述。只要照著作，包你萬無一失。其實我最大的目的，是要把越南經驗跟大家作一個交流而非以賣資料為目的，例如在線上詢問越南投資事宜，我就不收取任何的費用，歡迎各界使用本站。
We are a scooters and motorcycles producer and traders. At first, we decided to establish our textile factory in Vietnam since 1991.
