Links to some of my personal, favorite RECIPES. A small sampling of the creations from my upcoming book, "Chef Tim's Adelynrood Favorites," a collection of recipes made popular at Adelynrood Retreat and Conference Center in Byfield, Massachusetts. This book will feature fresh, whole foods, as well as an extensive vegetarian section. Other sections will include poultry, fish, soups, sauces, appetizers, and many home-baked breads, cookies, and fine desserts.

Camping, hiking, and PHOTOGRAPHY are my hobbies; they complement each other very well. Weekend outings, extended travel, and a love of ocean sailing have given me many fine photo opportunities.
