Welcome to Beyond the Black Gate ~ a The Lord of the Rings web site and my continuing obsession with Middle-earth. Over the past couple of years, I have become a Hobbit addict. Each page contains photos, poetry and behind the scenes information and trivia from the books and films (with no spoilers). My Gallery section below contains additional photos, including promotional and party images and wallpapers that I have designed. My favourite characters from the books and films are Faramir, Pippin and Eowyn (although it's very hard to pick favourites).
