Q:  Do your DVDs come in a standard DVD case?

A: No. We now use custom-made DVD Sleeve Packs (plastic) that actually protect the contents better than the standard case does.

Q: How about the cover art? Will it still be supplied to me?

A: Absolutely! There's no way we would sell our DVDs without the cover art.

Q: Do your DVDs have any Asian writing on them?

A: No. All materials include are in English only. There is NO Asian writing on any part of our products.

Q: Do your DVDs come with the inserts or booklets that are normally contained within the DVD case?

A: No. We only provide the cover art and the disc. There are no inserts or booklets.

Q: Do your Region All DVDs work with Region 1 or 2 DVD Players?

A: Our DVDs work with all players in all regions.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: First Class Registered Air Mail can take 7 to 21 days. 

Q: What's the language of your DVD? Can the subtitles be removed?

A: All movies are in their original language (English) with removable subtitles. 
We do not sell DVDs with permanent subtitles or foreign language dubs.

Q: How high is the audio/visual quality?

A: All of our discs are DVD standard with perfect audio/visual quality.

Q: What if I receive a non-working DVD?

A: First, let us know if there are any scratches or signs of physical damage on the disc (both surfaces.
If there aren't any, try the disc on a different player, including (if possible) a computer equipped with a DVD-ROM. 
If this does not solve the problem contact us and we will arrange a replacement solution for you.

Q: Do your DVDs Contain all of the special features?

A: Most of our DVD-5 DVDs contain the special features associated with your title. However, the DVD-5 format has some space
limitations on the disk itself, and all special features may not be present depending on the title.
