You are purchasing these CD-R/DVD-R back-ups with the knowledge that you are legally liable if you do not own the rights to this software. If you should sell or destroy your original game(s), SVCD or DVD movie(s) you must destroy the back-up CD-R/DVD-R disc(s). If you do not own the original, you may purchase a CD-R/DVD-R back-up for evaluation purposes. You have 24 hours to evaluate the game(s), SVCD or DVD movie(s). In that time you may keep the back-up CD-R/DVD-R disc(s) if you go out and buy the original. If you do not decide to purchase the original game, SVCD or DVD movie within that time period, you may be breaking copyright laws in your area, and must destroy the CD-R/DVD-R disc(s). If you agree to this in its complete form, then by Copyright Law 17, section 117, Service providers are fully entitled to provide this service to you. This again means only buying the CD-R/DVD-R back-ups of games, movies or software you legally own. By entering, purchasing and/or opening this package(s) of CD-R/DVD-R backups you are agreeing to this disclaimer in its entire form.
