TRAVIS BOWEN - BIOGRAPHY

Travis was born October 10, 1977 in Erie Pennsylvania. He started first in the music world before going into a film career. In the middle and late 90's Travis released two rap solo music albums under the artist name Naz-T. The first album failed but the second became an underground hit locally in the Erie PA area. His third album in 2000 titled Travis Bowen Presents... Erie Area Music was sold all through North Western PA and did very well. In 2002 Travis was cast as a costar in the Lisbon Ohio film "Ghost Hunt" and since that film Travis has gone on to act in five other films including "Dead Life" and has been cast in two new films which haven't started production yet called "Descend Into Darkness II" and "Silo Jack." He also created the sci-fi/horror celebrity convention called Dark Xmas which runs yearly in the Youngstown Ohio area. In films Travis has worked with such actors as Michael Sheard (Star Wars, Indiana Jones), Conrad Brooks (Plan 9 From Outer Space), Robyn Griggs (TV's Another World), Syn DeVil (Stakes), Jayson Garity (Dead Life, TV's Star Man), and Lilith Stabs (Zombiegeddon). His Dark Xmas conventions have featured celebrity's such as Barbara Luna (Marlena from Star Trek, Zorro), Robin Curtis (Savik from Star Trek), Chase Masterson (Leeta from Star Trek), Michael Sheard (Admiral Ozzel from Star Wars, Indiana Jones), Mike Quinn (Star Wars, Dark Crystal), JR Bookwalter (famous Tempe Entertainment director), David Crawford (Dr. Foster from Dawn Of The Dead), Leonard Lies (Machete Zombie from Dawn Of The Dead), G. Joe Shelby (Martinez / Motorcycle Raider from Dawn Of The Dead), and many more. In music Travis has worked with legendary Detroit rap artist Hush who does the opening video and song to every Detroit Pistons basketball game, Hush also worked with Eminem, D12, Slum Village, and Royce Da' 5'9." The most famous of all people Travis has worked with on the music side is Herman's Hermits lead singer Peter Noone who worked with Travis on his 2003 CD "Youngstown Area Music", Herman's Hermits which were a very famous band from the 1960's have gone on to sell 60 million records.
