Yes, this is the biography of Fisher Stevens. Now, you ask yourself why you can't just look this up anwhere? Hell, I don't know. But I garuntee you that I always update this biography, as new things happen with Fisher. Besides... This one is cool..

Fisher Stevens was born Steven Fisher (Whoa) on November 27, 196 in good ol' Chicago, Illinois. Beings the name Steven Fisher was already being used by another act, he set his stage name to.. Fisher Stevens. A the age of 13 he caught the 'Acting Bug' and moved out to New York City, in order to persue his career there. You know, acting is a tough job, and believe it or not, Fisher Stevens also had a tough time. The even rejected him for, -Get this- a "Crest" commercial.

So, what was Fisher Stevens to do? Well, his acting teacher, Dan Fauci lost the lease to his teaching studio. Beings he no longer had a natural habitat, he rented out Fisher's loft and built a stage there. (Now THAT'S what I call Off-Broadway!) Later, after studying with Uta Hagen, Fisher portrayed Tiny Tim's brother, Harry in A Christmas Carol, his first theatrical production. This occured in the basement of an Off-Off-Off-Broadway Theater's basement at the age of 14. Since this time, he has performed in over 2 stage productions and even 544 performances in Torch Song Trilogy. Fisher made himself an outstanding stage actor at especially a young age.

Like most well known actors, Fisher made his flm debut in a cult horror film. This one entitled, The Burning where he co-starred with Jason Alexander. He made his debut as a 16 year old decapitated victim. (Ewww...) This led Fisher into a few more films, The Brother From Another Planet, and The Flamingo Kid, where he co-starred with Matt Dillon. From there, Fisher accomplished his dream... He was a well known actor.

Fisher Stevens' most recent well known relationship was with actress Michelle Pfeiffer. However, an affair on Fisher's part. (You pimp you!) left them to split up. Although, it was for good. Afterwards, Fisher founded the production company, GreenStreet Films, where he still remains active today.(They produced the upcoming film, Swimfan)

Fisher started like many actors: Off-Broadway. Because of this, Fisher started Naked Angels, and Off-Broadway theatre company.
