welcome to my blog. I intended this just for me, but I thought if anyone was interested in my methods and my results then fine, I dont mind sharing:)
Have'nt eaten Takeaways in 1 week
I recently lost a kg, and thats a big thing for me becaue of late i have been prrreeeeetttyyy inactive. Dont get me wrong, i live a pretty sedatary lifestyle but normally i will walk, or do some tredmiling, or go to the beach for a stroll. but lately i havent had the time,nor energy to do so. so when i found i had LOST a kg, i thought, to hell with it. I might as well keep going.
I have given up on fast foods - didya see that doco 'Super Size Me!' yeah, i havent touched 'fast food' since then:)
I eat three meals a day, -i will detail those here for my reference- and i MUST meet my daily quota for walking steps.
i have a pedometer that measures my steps, i need to get at least 15000 steps a day, i sounds like its easy, but its not really:S life is pretty convenient!!
so here i go.
DAY ONE: (officially)
breakfast:
cereal- honey and nut conrflakes, milk
Lunch:
1 serving of prunes
1 beir stick -meat stick kinda like jerky 'cept healthier:)
some grapes
2 slices of fruit toast-homemade al'a breadmaker
dinner:
beef strips and steamed veges
(a few chips from KFC and a sponful of potato and gravy thanks to my parental units who had kfc for dinner:S)
bedtime: 11:01
