What the
movie is about….
Well it’s quite easy to understand, you’ve got four characters
all with different goals. Here are the separate goals of each character… Jack
Sparrow, well all he wants is to get his ship, The Black Pearl, back from his mutinous
first mate Barbossa, and he’ll agree to almost anything to do so. William
Turner, well he’s your typical knight in shinning armor going to rescue the
D.I.D. (Damsel In Distress). Elizabeth Swann, she began with the goal of
getting Barbossa and his crew to leave her little town Port Royal alone, but
after that she’s stuck with him and it seems her only goal is to look pretty
and to throw a few punches here and there, and basically be NOT your typical
D.I.D. Which is what I love about her character. Captain Barbossa, he just
wants to be rid of a curse he brought upon him and his crew about ten years
before this.
So now you know why they are doing what they do throughout the
movie. So, what’s the movie about? Well Barbossa ‘kidnaps’ Elizabeth because she
says her last name is Turner and they recognize the name as one of their old
crewmates that they need the blood of to get rid of the curse, which, don’t
worry, is explained in the movie. So that’s why Will goes after Barbossa, with
the help of Jack, who wants his ship back. There are great fight scenes and not
to mention some great humor throughout the entire movie, and no, don’t be
rubbing your eyes at the way Johnny is portraying Jack Sparrow, yes he is
walking funny and looking a little strange…but ya got to admit, he looks quite
sexy doing it…don’t believe me?? Just check out the pictures below! And if you
still don’t believe me, go see the movie! It’s still in theaters, so what in
the world are you waiting for?? Rumor has it, the movie will come out on DVD
and Video at the end of the year…sometime between November and December. But,
that’s just a rumor mate! Click on the
