RUDATGURL is the fastest growing model and talent referral network on the Gulf Coast. We offer non-exclusive representation and promotion services for upcoming talent, models and entertainment professionals. Non-exclusive means that unless you work for us full-time you can still work with other entertainment companies, and still be able to depend on RUDATGURL for advice, assignments or help finding work. RUDATGURL has also been contracted to provide marketing services for entertainers, businesses and individuals and YOU can be responsible for that next big contract. We are continually hiring fresh faces for positions with RUDATGURL Promotion teams and all recruiters are responsible for helping to build our referral database. We strongly believe that there is strength in numbers and this means that each recruiter should “strive for five” recruits at each event. Recruits do not have to meet any particular height or weight categories but must be 18 and fit in well with yourself (the recruiter) and your promotion team. Positions on the promotion teams include flexible scheduling, as well as free travel and commission bonuses for associates that become full-time. We are also constantly looking for the “next big thing”. Talents that we work with and recruit consist of models, singers, rappers, bands, musicians, recording/production companies and background dancers. Each recruiter will be responsible for scheduling mixers so that their recruits can be interviewed and/or auditioned for openings on a current or upcoming promotion. Recruiters should also maintain and keep a current copy of their recruits contact information. A recruiter can also resell any of the services offered by the Network and receive a 10% commission per referral. Our network includes professionals that specialize in photography, make-up/image consultation, graphic/web design, music production, engineering, and marketing so there are many ways for a recruiter to stay busy with new clients.
