Welcome to my informational site on
Southwest Florida golf course communities located in Lee and Collier County.
Here you will find information on golf courses, golf course communities,
as well as non golfing communities in Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort
Myers and surrounding areas.
As a member of a private golf and country club, I have used my reciprocal
advantages and played dozens and dozens of Florida golf courses. The ones I
didn't play I visited and then created a golf reference book that is
second to none and includes information such as course comparison, number
of holes, length, slope, course rating and designers name along with a
write-up about each community, type and cost of membership, and the price
of homes within each community.
In addition, I have an updated membership survey that includes the equity
price at resale, the annual dues, the present member quantity, the minimum
quantity of members that wll be allowed, the F & B minimums, locker,
bags and range fees, trail fees, etc.
With over 100 courses to choose from, selecting the golf course community
that is right for you can be very difficult. This site was created
based on information I have compiled doing my "research" in
order to help you determine which golf course community is the one for
you.
