DESCRIPTION

 ElapsedTime = ClockElapse(TimeInSeconds), convert the time to year/month/day/min/sec 
 ElapsedTime = ClockElapse(timul1,timul2), calculates the elapsed time 

 This function, returns the TimeInSeconds in the
 format "3-days 21-hrs 14-mins 3 secs"
