SUMMARY
The organization, a main stream school providing education based upon the National curriculum for local children aged 5 to 11. The concept, to increase availability and quality of information for current and prospective parents and pupils, by incorporating a web site into the schools information dissemination system.

Traditional school opening hours are restrictive especially for working parents, an online presence will extend the schools profile, provide an additional information resource about the school for the benefit of present and prospective parents/pupils 24/7, and facilitate curricular and extra-curricular IT education.

There's no huge requirement for production of revenue, the organization is a little profit making, centrally funded by government. There is a few costs will be incurred for hosting, authoring or software. Content contributions will be from staff, parents and students. In return for providing support for PTA fund raising local business will be offered advertising facilities

The Online Transaction Grid illustrates the possible relationships between Business and customer; the proposal fits primarily into the Business-2-Customer sector - the school (business), disseminating information to the parents/pupils (customer) secondarily, in terms of advertising/sponsorship, Business-2-Business.

The organization is essentially as a little profit making, funded by central government via Local Education Authority (LEA). Web hosting services are provided free by the LEA. Software needed for authoring and uploading the site is already licensed to the school. We have built our organization by creating partnerships with premier manufacturers and service carriers nationwide including, administrant, psycho doctors, vector educationally and the activity entertainments. These relationships enable us to bring you better information’s choices, greater coverage, and the best knowledge plans available in your area. By following our site process, we can customize your access order to fit your needs and guarantee the right plan for you. All aspects of your questions are handled at this facility. RICHNESS & REACH

Evans and Worsted define richness to be quality of information, bandwidth, reliability, security, interactivity, and currency; and reach - 'The number of people who participate in the sharing of that information' and the number of products offered. The traditional trade-off between richness and reach, as one increases reach so richness decreases proportionately, would appear to be true in this case because of the limited, local market. However, it is possible to increase reach as well as richness.

Reach, not restricted to the locality of the organization, school opening and term times will be enhanced by immediate accessibility of a broad spectrum of information available 24/7, unlike traditional methods of dissemination, restricted by dependence upon postal services and limited staff time resulting in generalized information rather than specific and individual. Viewing displayed work requires admission to secure school buildings, therefore publishing work on-line increases availability and audience due to the increased freedom the medium offers. Traditionally primary contact is through libraries and LEA, this will be extended by submitting the web address to search engines, and publicizing by mail to property agents and businesses that bring potential new customers (families) into the area and encouraging publication of links from parent/staff personal websites. The proposed concept offers increased richness by providing a comprehensive spectrum of information from one source - traditionally the school and local library form the focus of research and much information is not readily available without a lot of effort from clientele and staff. Curricular information for parents is currently restricted to the individual student's class; with online publication it will be possible to view every class’s planned curricular activities. Personal contributions by staff students and parents will provide a dimension that is not currently available in print. Uniformity of navigation, layout, use of color, and search ability will create a familiar environment that users will trust, enhanced by site maintenance, accuracy and updating (Neilson). It is not practical to keep multiple paper copies of all information therefore information is photocopied as requested which reduces availability, newsletters and reports are currently composed and stored using computer software therefore uploading to the website will be a natural progression, increasing immediate availability

The website producing a very good secure system for the parent’s families to providing them access password (he’s kid full name plus the grade level), that will give a good feeling for the parents and they can browsing without panic for other people to see or hacking the security private information. By supply them a different section for visitors, subscriber and administrator. Our concern just to be full security and confidential because if you didn’t give a good security for you real business how you convenes the other to trust your business. As the web site becomes the primary source of information the traditional systems of information dissemination will deconstruct - dismantle and become obsolete, and the role of the school secretary will evolve in accordance with the changes. With less time and resources spent on disseminating information traditionally, such as paper publications of prospectus, governors reports, newsletters etc., and the use of email and electronic, online feedback forms further reducing office time spent dealing with telephone and requests in person, the secretarial role will naturally progress to include the web master role.

Although much of the information is available traditionally it is not utilized as a matter of course because it is inherently time consuming requiring a lot of effort on the part of consumer and staff. Providing a comprehensive source of accessible information allows parents/pupils to be better informed and empowered benefiting the organization and the customers by encouraging a greater sense of control and community.
