Best Summer Flick

The biggest box-office run is usually in the summer. All the popcorn flicks and great action films with tons of special effects are thrown into the summer to provide entertainment for the auidience. There is nothing like a film that you can lay back, relax and enjoy the hard hitting, loud sounding and popcorn munching that you will receive from it. Popcorn not included with the purchase of your movie ticket of course. However, there were quite a good amount of flicks in the summer and without further dude... Here are the nominees for Best Summer Flick:

28 Days Later
Released in June, this film came out of no where. It filled the horror genre and it sure delivered plenty of scares and originality. When its hot in the summer, this film will definetely heat you even more up.

Bruce Almighty

Jim Carrey returns to the comedic role and he delivers with a hilarious film. A great story about the power that god beholds and with the hilarious Jim, you might have to hold on to the popcorn or it might just spill.

Finding Nemo

Pixar nails it again with a downright funny animated film about life at the sea. Nemo is lost and his dad along with friends try to find and vice versa. A definete cute and funny animated film is a plus in the summer.

Pirates Of The Carribean: Curse Of The Black Pearl

The Magic Kingdom ride that everyone loves gets made into a film and what a fun ride this one was. It brought adventure and comedy in the summer when its needed at most. Cast was superb and sets looked great.

Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines

Arnold returns and Judgment Day is about to occur. With non-stop action and great special effects, this film delivers in many areas of entertainment.

X2: X-Men United

Marvel and Bryan Singer return and what an interesting sequel they put on. Not only does this film surpass expectations, but there are so many characters to enjoy, the special effects are phenominal and the action is intense. Hold on tight for the fun ride.
