2003 Wooden Robbie Nominees

Best Score

Music enhances a film like these no tomorrow. If edited in correctly and at the right time, it cane make the general audience teary or excited depending on what the mood is set for. Either way the score of a film is one to be appreciated of and sound is just as good as video when it comes to films... Here are the nominees for Best Score:

28 Days Later
The score in 28 Days Later is some of the best. When Murphy is walking down the bridge and the music is picking up, it is certainly intense and something to rock out too.

Cold Mountain

Excellent score in this excellent movie. If it wasn't for the score in Cold Mountain the emotionality in the film between Law and Kidman would definetely be less.

Kill Bill: Vol. 1

You have to give it up to the score maker for this one. Not only is the music in Kill Bill interesting to the ear, but it sometimes makes you laugh on how original and silly it may sound. It works for this film.

Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King

Powerful music. Legendary and epic music is what this Lord Of The Rings sequel featured. I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end.

Lost In Translation

With so much character study to do in this movie, the score only enhances you to pursue and find the inner sould of the two main characters. Triump and amazing songs, Lost In Translation is something to have bragging rights to.

The Matrix Reloaded

Of all three parts of The Matrix, Reloaded argubly has the best score. The weird technical and rave sounding themes are pleasant to the ear. With lengthy fight scenes, the score makes you interested in to continue watching it.

Thirteen

The rock feel in Thirteen is amazing. The heavy rock feel to all the tragedies and wrong doing that the girls are doing enhances it. I enjoyed the score and it makes the film extremely powerful.

And The Winner Is...
