Synopsis: 
A despondent man (guest star Jon Lovitz, NBC's "Saturday Night Live"), who is threatening to jump off the ledge outside Dave's (Dave Foley) office, brings out the leader in Dave and the worst in Bill (Phil Hartman) as the anchorman schemes to take his broadcasting career to new heights. Also, Joe (Joe Rogan) jumps into superhero mode and Jimmy (Stephen Root) spearheads the promotional benefits of this breaking news story, but the "jumper" has another message he wants on-air.
