Sauron's ring has not been given a proper name, but was called: the One Ring, the Ruling Ring, Sauron's Ring, or the Great Ring of Power.
The Elven Rings were made after Sauron was defeated in the Second Age and his Ring was taken. If Sauron regains the One, then all the use of the Elves rings will be subjected to the evil of Sauron.
