This is the Pendant which belongs to Arwen the Elven Princess, or othwerwise known as Evenstar by her people because of her beauty. All the Elves are leaving Middle-earth and Arwen is supposed to leave with them, but choses mortal life with Aragorn. She then in the scene with Aragorn on the bridge gives him her Pendant.
