Orcs were bred by Morgoth in First age. The first Orcs were Elves which he had caught. They were tortured and tormented, and filled with malice, and hate for each other aswell as oter creatures and beings. Morgoth did this in mockery of the Elves, as he hated them. He bred the Orcs so that they became armies.
