The ring Nenya belongs to Lady Galadriel, Queen of the Elves, we see her wearing the ring at the start of the ring. Nenya is one of the three powerful rings made by the Elves in the first age. It is the Ring of Water, set with Adamant. On her ring is a single white stone, and it looks like a 'frosty star'.
