Music of the Middle-earth

Rivendell
When Frodo steps out of his room, for about 40 seconds we hear music which is alien to Hobbiton. Harps and angelic voices sing which gives a heavenly feel, that it different to the Hobbiton music which sounds celtic.

Lothlorien
The voices are deeper than in Rivendell, there is still harps and angelic voices come into the song after about a minute. The music is natural, and it is almost as though the forest sings. There is an instrument at the start of the Lothlorien scene which is exotic which puts the comparison of Rivendell and Lothlorien into presective. A lament is sung for Gandlaf, it is solemn, with great sorrow in it, it shows people how the Elves thought greatly of Gandalf.

Hobbiton
It is happy and cheerful, it shows how they are living happy lives in peace and are not greatly involved with the rest of Middle-earth.
