The scene of Arwen and Aragorn on the bridge:
Arwen: Renech i lu i erui govannem? (Do you remember when we first met?)
We see from their expressions in the scene how much they love each other.arwen strokes Aragorns face a few times this shows how strongly she feels towards him. We can see the pain in Aragorns eyes as he fears what she is about to say. He does not want to lose her, as he loves her! but he also does not want Arwen to give up her immortality for him. Arwen also is scared as she is having to make a big decision as her is about to give up her immortality, she knows if she stays in Middle-Earth, her heart will break for leaving her father Elrond and all of the Elves, but leaving Middle-earth would mean leaving Aragorn whom she loves.
Aragorn: Nauthannem i ned ol reniannen. (I thought I had strayed into a dream.)
Arwen: Gwenwin in enninath...U-arnech in naeth i si celich. (Long years have passed…You do not have the cares you carry now.)
Arwen: Renech i beth i pennen? (Do you remember what I told you?)
Aragorn: You said you'd bind yourself to me. Forsaking the immortal life of your people.
Arwen: And to that I hold. I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone.
Arwen: I choose a mortal life.
Aragorn: You cannot give me this!
Arwen: It is mine to give to whom I will...like my heart.
