All of our contracts have a delivery deadline for all materials for your book. If you cannot meet that deadline, please let us know. Most of the time, we will make every effort to make this process as easy as possible for you and will extend the deadline. Just be sure to give us an idea of what the extension will be.
The following must be done at or about the same time:
1. The finished manuscript must be e-mailed to us. It must have been saved as a Word Document 2002 or earlier version.
2. If less than 11 images are to be used in your book, e-mail them to us at this same time, along with the caption list. If more than 10 images are included, be sure to mail them to use now.
3. E-mail pdfs of all permission forms OR mail originals of them to us.
4. If it hasn't been discussed prior to this, let us know your thoughts about a title for the book.
