THE WRITINGS OF ELLA OLDHAM BURROUGHS

Ella Frances Oldham Burroughs was a sister-in-law to famed author and creator of Tarzan of the Apes, Edgar Rice Burroughs, through her marriage to one of his older brothers, Henry Studley Burroughs. Their son, Studley, as an adult, would illustrate a few of his uncle's Tarzan books.

Ella was a talented poetress and author, but only had a few stories and poems published in her lifetime. Included in this collection of her works is an unpublished poem from 1913.

Ella died in a tragic car accident in 1933
