Because some of the books which ERBville Press is
producing in the Uniform Edition series require either cover illustrations,
interior illustrations, or both, we are in need of talented artists
who wish to gain greater exposure for their work. (What better way to build a
portfolio than with actual printed book covers and/or black & white ink
interior illustrations?) We are particularly looking for
existing adventure, science fiction, and fantasy artwork (see below for
particular book needs).
We do have the
following requirements:
Digital
submissions only (e-mail or CD-ROM)
Full color artwork for covers.
Black & White artwork for interiors.
300 DPI
Resolution.
Preferred
dimensions: 6" wide x 9" tall at 300
DPI. We can crop, resize, or add borders, if necessary, for artwork which doesn't
quite fit.
Previously
unpublished in the U.S.
Do you have a web site? We're
happy to take a look at samples there, too.

send a LOW-RESOLUTION (72 DPI) jpeg file of any artwork you wish to submit to erbvillepress@yahoo.com.
If we decide to use it, we will request a higher resolution
file.

Include a self-addressed, stamped
envelope if you wish the return of your media.
Payment is either (a) 1 (one) copy of any book with
your artwork, plus $50 per color illustration and/or $50 per book for black/white
illustrations (minimum of 4 required), paid upon publication, OR (b) 2 (two) copies of any book with your artwork upon publication.
