FADE IN
Alan Grant watches Leah Owens on a television, as she reports from the grand opening of a Zoo in San Diego.
Hammond (V.O.): "In time we begin to hate the very things we once feared."
Ian Malcolm steps off a plane and into the hot sun of Costa Rica. He looks off towards the lush jungle, just over the next arise and frowns.
Hammond (V.O.): "And so the dream, the nightmare, has at last reached its final conclusion."
Leah Owens sits with young Charlie Degler in a crowded amphitheater. The audience all stares forward at the darkened stage before them. At the foot of the stage a man in suit and tie walks back and forth, speaking into a microphone and waving his arms around for dramatic emphasis.
Hammond (V.O.): "Soon. . . Soon the truth will be revealed to all that seek it, or hide from it."
FBI agent Jonas Radner pulls his pistol from its holster with one hand, while using the other hand to slowly open a rusted down door in a darkened hallway.
Hammond (V.O.): "But at what costs?"
All the lights in the amphitheatre turn on, casting down light upon the stage in front of the audience. Leah gasps when she sees the extravagant cages and setting laid out before them.
CUT TO
Malcolm ignites a flare and tosses it into an abandoned computer room. The flare creates oddly shaped shadows about the room, and he slowly walks through the entrance. Then, the shadows begin to shift as something in the back of the room stands up in the light of the flare, snarling.
CUT TO
A man we recognize as Jeff Rossiter, sitting at a conference table, being handed his walking papers.
Rossiter: "I assure you, this will not end here."
CUT TO
Grant is pinned gruffly against the wall by a muscular man. The man places a pistol against his neck. Another man, Rob Tandy, intervenes.
CUT TO
Suddenly gunshots ring throughout the amphitheater. The audience screams in terror as a group of armed men take the stage, manhandling the few security guards and the speaker as they take control of the cramped theater. An older man, Rossiter, retrieves the microphone and smiles as he's about to address the frightened crowd.

CUT TO quick shots
Radner pulling a pair of pistols up and firing off round after round out a window at a pack of raptors.
The cages in the amphitheater slowly open. People scream as they make their ways to the exits.
Grant is tackled onto the ground by two armed men in a hotel room.
A tyrannosaurus lumbers slowly past brightly lit rides, its gaze set on a tall moving ferris wheel.
Malcolm and Sarah cornered at the end of an alley, as a raptor approaches them from the other side.

CUT TO
Leah sits with an axe in her hands and her back against the wall, next to an open door. She is sweating profusely, and with her eyes closed she looks to be in silent prayer. She hears a soft growling from outside the door.
Rossiter (V.O.): "All of hell has emptied and the devils are here to play."
The head of a raptor peeks through the doorway. Leah screams and swings the axe as hard as she can.
