ABOUT HIS CHARACTER
Norman Reedus plays Travis McMinn in GOSSIP. Travis is an artist, which means he's artistic, shy, introverted and sensitive. He works on his art mostly through modern media, using his computers to create unique photographs. He lives in a loft with his only two friends Jones and Derrick. He gets sucked into the game of gossip by his room-mates, who remind him that it's just words so how bad can it be?
ABOUT NORMAN
Norman was born on January 6, 1969. Norman once modeled for Prada just like his "8mm" cast-mate Joaquin Phoenix. His upcoming films include "Killer Queen" and "Octane" with Bijou Phillips ("Bully"). Recently he was seen playing Scud in the horror-action sequel "Blade 2" with Wesley Snipes and Kris Kristofferson. The film was directed by Guillermo del Toro, the man who also directed Norman in the horror sci-fi flick "Mimic". Norman also starred in "Deuces Wild" with Brad Renfro and Stephen Dorff (who starred in the original "Blade"), the film's story is about gangs in 1950's New York. The role of Travis in GOSSIP was re-written especially for Norman himself, who is also an artist. In GOSSIP, if you look at the computer screens and moniters in Travis' room you'll see that all of the art was created by Reedus himself. Norman is also a proud father, Helena Christensen and he are the parents of a beautiful young baby boy named Mingus.
