Dama de Noche ("night-blooming cereus flower") is: music by Lourdes Perez arranged for accordion queen Eva Ybarra, the all female Tosca String Quintet , and Indian multi-instrumentalist Oliver Rajamani.
The CD was commissioned by the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center as a tribute for the unveiling of Jesse Trevino's 4-story, hand-cut tile mosaic of La Virgen de Guadalupe, Guadalupe Theater, 1300 Guadalupe St. The streets will be blocked off for the concert and unveiling and the event is free to the public.
