Terms and Conditions
You are bidding on the vacation form to start the reservation process for the advertised vacation. You start by redeeming your travel form which is sent to you after the auction.   This form will be sent in with a 15.00 shipping/handling fee.  You can redeem the form through mail, or online. Then, when your redemption is processed, the Travel Agency will send you your reservations form. You fill out this form with the dates you wish to travel and all other pertinent information. When your vacation travel providers form arrives, you simply call/mail the travel agent listed on the form to make your reservations. Questions about travel should be directed to the travel provider listed on your form. All phone numbers and means of contact will be listed on your travel paperwork. You must make your reservations at least 45-60 days prior to travel. You select your travel city and provide two dates of travel at least 7 days apart.  This offer is best suited for those who are flexible with their travel dates. Dates near holidays or conventions may be hard to confirm. Advance notice is suggested. The agency will try to get your first choice for you.   You must make your own arrangements for transportation and you must be 25 years old and carry two major credit cards. Room taxes of $25.00 total and due when you book your reservation. A refundable deposit may be requested once reservation has started.  Most locations allow up to two children in the room free of charge, a few of the locations may charge a small fee.   Hotels that are used in this vacation are AAA rated, such as Holiday Inn, Ramada, Comfort Inn and Best Western.
Payment is due within three days of auction end.  Pay Pal is the only form of payment accepted.
