However he never mentioned that he accepted money from UPS for filing a FALSE INSURANCE CLAIM.

TWO CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS were sent each totaling $ 61.69 for the TWO SETS of FOUR STANDS.
George confirmed the shipment and the weight of 30 pounds. Upon arrival and opening the carton there were only TWO STANDS in the box, and the weight was ONLY 15 pounds. An email was sent to George to ask where the other STAND WERE, and he Insisted that he had VIDEOTAPED THE PACKING and HE HAD PUT FOUR STANDS IN THE BOX. He Then Threatened Me if I were to contact EBAY and complain. UPS was contacted along with EBAY and a FORMAL COMPLAINT was started. George answered the complaint, with the charge that I was a competitor trying to scam him for a two for one. Evidence shows that ONLY TWO STANDS were placed in the shipping carton. Digital photos were taken of the shipping carton with the two speaker stands inside and additional packing. George stated that if there were ONLY TWO speakers stand in the carton the carton would have been crushed in shipping, and IT SHOWS THIS.
George and 5150 ENTERPRISES are using the US MAILS and UPS to DEFRAUD their customers. George with INTENT placed the wrong weight on the carton, in an attempt to DEFRAUD UPS.
He even insisted that I file a loss report with UPS knowing well that HE NEVER PACKED THE FOUR STANDS in the BOX.

A shipment from UPS sent by Gary B. George was received, however it was marked as a "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" UPS PAID George for something that HE DID NOT SHIP, and he THEN tried to cover his tracks by sending a set of speaker stands PAID FOR BY UPS INSURANCE. Again George NEVER SENT the FULL ORDER, this is NOW A PROVEN FACT. George has admitted to this BY HIS NON RESPONSE.
The shipment received under "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" has been refused and returned to George, as WE WILL NOT BE A PART OF HIS FRAUD.
A DEMAND has been placed on George to RETURN THE MONEY he obtained from UPS, and SEND TO ME THE SPEAKER STANDS that he FAILED TO DO. George DEFRAUDED ME, NOW UPS, and THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. He used the US MAILS to act out his FRAUD, and tried to cover his FRAUD by sending two stands that were PAID FOR by UPS. He has kept my money with NO INTENT of providing the product. He acted with malice and intent to defraud.

Gary B. George operates an EBAY STORE called 5150 ENTERPRISES, and is also know as Gary B. George. A bid was placed on a SET TWO SPEAKER STANDS. The bid total was $ 39.74 with $ 21.95 for UPS shipping. A request was made to purchase TWO SETS of TWO SPEAKER STANDS, for a TOTAL of FOUR STANDS. Gary George answered by EMAIL and agreed. He also made sure that I understood that THERE WERE TWO SPEAKER STANDS IN A SET and that I actually wanted TWO SETS.
TWO CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS were sent each totaling $ 61.69 for the TWO SETS of FOUR STANDS.
George confirmed the shipment and the weight of 30 pounds. Upon arrival and opening the carton there were only TWO STANDS in the box, and the weight was ONLY 15 pounds. An email was sent to George to ask where the other STAND WERE, and he Insisted that he had VIDEOTAPED THE PACKING and HE HAD PUT FOUR STANDS IN THE BOX. He Then Threatened Me if I were to contact EBAY and complain. UPS was contacted along with EBAY and a FORMAL COMPLAINT was started. George answered the complaint, with the charge that I was a competitor trying to scam him for a two for one. Evidence shows that ONLY TWO STANDS were placed in the shipping carton. Digital photos were taken of the shipping carton with the two speaker stands inside and additional packing. George stated that if there were ONLY TWO speakers stand in the carton the carton would have been crushed in shipping, and IT SHOWS THIS.
George and 5150 ENTERPRISES are using the US MAILS and UPS to DEFRAUD their customers. George with INTENT placed the wrong weight on the carton, in an attempt to DEFRAUD UPS.
He even insisted that I file a loss report with UPS knowing well that HE NEVER PACKED THE FOUR STANDS in the BOX.

George was received, however it was marked as a "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" UPS PAID George for something that HE DID NOT SHIP, and he THEN tried to cover his tracks by sending a set of speaker stands PAID FOR BY UPS INSURANCE. Again George NEVER SENT the FULL ORDER, this is NOW A PROVEN FACT. George has admitted to this BY HIS NON RESPONSE.
The shipment received under "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" has been refused and returned to George, as WE WILL NOT BE A PART OF HIS FRAUD.

This was a simple $62 transaction. NOTE, Not according to George, he LIED and STOLE my money with no intention of supplying the product. View the photos that follow, and you will be amazed.
UPS settled the claim YOU have made for the NEW PAIR (pair means 2 each) ON STAGE MODEL SS7730 TRIPOD SPEAKER STANDS you claim were missing from shipment tracking # 1Z73Y4A20391307457. 4 stands total were shipped in this FIRST shipment. NOTE UPS WAS ADVISED THAT YOU SHORTED THE SHIPMENT, THEY WERE ADVISED THAT YOU DID NOT SHIP THE TWO SETS OF STANDS, AND THE PHOTOS PROVE THIS. YOU COULD NOT PRODUCE THE ALLEGED VIDEO TAPE OF THE PACKING, NOR WOULD YOU SIGN A STATEMENT UNDER PERJURY THAT YOU ACTUALLY SENT FOUR STANDS. YOU HAVE BY YOUR NON RESPONSE, ADMITTED TO THE FRAUD, AND THAT YOUR INTENT WAS TO DEFRAUD UPS. YOU ACCEPTED MONEY FROM UPS FOR A FRAUDULENT ACTON, WITH MALICE AND INTENT.
We have shipped the replacement PAIR (pair means 2 each) via UPS tracking # 1Z73Y4A2A690578749 Your acceptance of delivery will bring this matter to a close and does NOT imply fault and/or fraud on our part. NOTE THE SHIPMENT WAS REFUSED FOR CAUSE, AND HAS BEEN RETURNED. WE SHALL NOT BE APART OF FRAUD.

Gary B. George Continues to LIE
A shipment from UPS sent by Gary B. George was received, however it was marked as a "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" UPS PAID George for something that HE DID NOT SHIP, and he THEN tried to cover his tracks by sending a set of speaker stands PAID FOR BY UPS INSURANCE. Again George NEVER SENT the FULL ORDER, this is NOW A PROVEN FACT. George has admitted to this BY HIS NON RESPONSE.
The shipment received under "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" has been refused and returned to George, as WE WILL NOT BE A PART OF HIS FRAUD.
A DEMAND has been placed on George to RETURN THE MONEY he obtained from UPS, and SEND TO ME THE SPEAKER STANDS that he FAILED TO DO. George DEFRAUDED ME, NOW UPS, and THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. He used the US MAILS to act out his FRAUD, and tried to cover his FRAUD by sending two stands that were PAID FOR by UPS. He has kept my money with NO INTENT of providing the product. He acted with malice and intent to defraud.
In OUR OPINION Gary B. George and his home based operation should be shut down by the Attorney General of CA.
NOTE the IMPRINT of "30 LBS" HOWEVER George KNEW THAT THERE WERE ONLY TWO STANDS IN THE CARTON. HE LIED ABOUT THE WEIGHT.
NOTE WHAT George WROTE TO THE BBB.
"4 STANDS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED, CUSTOMER FILED CLAIM WITH UPS, UPS SETTLED CLAIM. 2 STANDS SHIPPED 08/23/2006 REPLACEMENT UPS TRACKING # 1Z73Y4A2A690578749, NOTICE VIA CERTIFIED MAIL # 70020519000121173996, THIS MATTER IS CLOSED. NOTE SUSPECT THIS CUSTOMER INSTIGATED A 2 FOR 1 COMBINED SHIPPING SCAM."
George states that 4 stands were shipped, however the shipping carton shows that ONLY TWO would have fit. WE DID NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS, WE INFORMED UPS THAT FRAUD EXISTED WITH THE SHIPMENT AND THAT George COMMITTED THE FRAUD BY SHOWING 30 POUNDS ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS WHEN IT WAS ONLY 15 POUNDS, AND George DEFRAUDED UPS BY ACCEPTING MONEY FOR SOMETHING HE DID NOT SHIP.
THE SET OF STANDS UNDER THE ABOVE TRACKING NUMBER WERE REFUSED FOR FRAUD AND RETURNED.
IT IS OUR OPINION THAT George IS OBSESSED WITH A "2 FOR 1" SHIPMENT SCAM. AS HE IS THE ONE THAT FAILED TO LIVE UP TO THE CONTRACT, AND FAILED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT.
