Viggo Mortensen is 44 years old, he is an artist, actor, poet and musician. He has been in these films: 'A Perfect Murder', 'Crimson Tide' and 'A Walk on the Moon'. But his first role was in the film 'Witness' staring Harrison Ford, from then his roles have grown larger and surprisingly his most stand out role until 'Lord of the Rings' was in 'G.I. Jane.'Viggo got so involved with his character in Lord of the Rings that he insisted on carrying a proper sword with him, instead of one of the lighter ones the others used.
