Welcome to the no-nonsense site for downloading Assamese songs... The page design is crappy.....but I have kept it simple intentionally because I think that in this type of sites the content is more important than design...
This site is meant for Assamese folks who want to download songs. It doesnot have any crap like.... u got to have this or that plugin of real playa' or windows media playa' to listen... It doesnot have any copyright protection. As far as I know I dont think on the copyright papers of Assamese songs there is any clause against electronic reproduction...and even if there are, I dont give a damn..
I got these songs for free and it is reason enough for me to distribute them for free...You can download these songs.....save them to your hard drive... burn them on a CD and carry them around......u dont have to be online to listen to those songs...

Most music sites say "I am doing it for the good of the assamese folks but u have to log in to play songs...u cannot download...have a nice day" or a plain "You got to pay to listen". BS. If you are trying to serve the public make it a free download site !!
