When I first heard the tragic news about Andy, I didn't believe it - it didn't seem real. Then I thought to myself, "Andy, what did you go and do now?"

Anyone who knew Andy knew that every once in a while he would get himself into something and you'd just shake your head and say "Andy, what did you go and do now?"

But to know Andy is to love him. He was such a nice, good and trusting guy. He would do anything for you.

From the moment I met him, when he came up to me in 3rd grade and said "We ride the same bus and we're going to be best friends", we were inseperable. When we were old enough, we would hunt and fish together as often as we could. As we became adults, we seemed to live our lives independently, but would always touch base to catch up every so often. Most of the time we would reminisce about all the fun we had together as kids. I was truly honored to be his best man in his wedding, as well as being the Godfather of his only son.

I spent the other day going through pictures that I have of Andy and I together and it just reminded me that every memory of us, is the fun we always had. I always thought of Andy as the brother I never had.

I would really rather be fishing right now with you. I love you Andy! I miss you!
