Started August 20, '04, this site is intended to be used as a tool against the misuses of Child "Protective" Services. Please be patient as I continue to update. (Soon I will be combining my this site with my old site.)I am anti-CPS, simply because I feel (very strongly) that current system needs to undergo some changes. Parents & child professionals (pediatric doctors & nurses, educators, etc) need to get informed about the real CPS system & get involved.
Please Note: I believe that anyone who DOES abuse children in ANY way should be punished! But unfortunately, this isn't always what "the system" is about.
What I am concerned about (& am fighting against) is the removal of children from good, innocent parents.

What got me started on this issue?
My son, Tyler, experienced a "traumatic brain injury" (shaken baby) at 10-months of age. He had to be placed under a drug-induced coma to stop the grand-mal seizures.The person who hurt him was never found. Neither Child "Protective" Services nor the Sheriff's Department even interviewed everyone who could have hurt him.
But while the Sheriff's Department cleared me after an interview and 2 polygraph exams (1 administered privately, 1 administered by the Sheriff Department), CPS initiated and participated in a custody battle that lasted for over a year. .
.What am I doing besides making a web site?
I am slowly (but surely) working on a documentary.
