This Is Smokey Tones. Located on the Southern side of the National Forest, this cabin bar has existed far longer than anyone can remember. Started as a way-station for travelers, this place has existed as a sanctuary and resting place for many strange personas, including Gangrel scouts and Verbana rangers.

Originally owned by Fianna Kin,  Smokey Tones was originally Barnabas Clue, a pub built to withstand the brawls and parties of Garou traveling in the forest before going into the residential areas. SInce 1774, this cabin has remained unchanged, thanks to the mystic influence of the Penumbra. A Caern once stood on Barnabas Clue's foundation, but when fomori infected the holy place the caern was lost to destruction. In order to keep respect to the power of the place, Barnabas O'Calla built his bar  to give travelers a safe haven from the shadows of the forest, and to gain help in cleansing the evil of the site.

The bar has changed names and owners, though always remaining in O'Calla hands. Currently, it is run by Treasure O'Calla, a short yet stern Kinfolk who enjoys a good brawl--so long as nothing and no one is seriously hurt. She took over management after her grandmother, who gave the bar its current name during the '20s, died at the age of 117. The only thing Treasure did was reinforce the stage, and add a couple pool tables.

The stage has held some of the the greatest entertainers as well as amateurs over the years. There's something about the stage that calls out to those inside, until someone gets aboard and sings, recites, plays an instrument, or some such to honor the Celestials that still hover there.  An old Garou saying is that the sun won't rise until the smoky  tones of released emotion  fills the air...and no one is eager to find out if this is true (Ian, the resident Corax, makes sure this isn't tried.)

The infamous Poker Table has its origins as far back as the first saplings of the forest. Carved by Knocker guildsmen, the table was a gift to William O'Calla during the "Wild West" era in appreciation for his respect to the fey of the forest. Many games have been played there, and whole destinies were determined by a single hand of Texas Hold 'em. A game is held by permission from Treasure only, and the table is ONLY to be used for poker. Privacy is never guaranteed, but a fun-filled evening always is.

Currently, Treasure resides above the bar in a four-room suite. Ian, her Corax employee keeps a nest (and a room) out back, in the Garden House. Cambria is a recent addition, sloshing drinks and taking the stage when she can. She sleeps wherever she damned well pleases. Treasure is always about, if not on a journey with Fianna family..but even if she isn't there to stop trouble, be sure the offenders involved will face a Hunt by the wildest of Garou.
