About this is appropriate for publication on a online newspaper,I heard about this on T.V. It is news happening in Japan. Most of the news is on internet,we can know news faster than we see on T.V. by internet. Some news are able to know right when it happens on internet.

Oh well,I will just write my reaction to this article.This Hatabu guy must have been dum or mentally ill or something. He would have been in trouble just throwing a lit ciggarette into peoples strollers even if a baby was not sitting. Hatabu threw the cigarette on purpose to aim the stroller.If no one noticed he would have been in a lot more trouble by now.
