Nervous System

Arachnids have a nervous system that is similar to an annelids but they have a larger brain. The central nervous system is in the cephalothorax, which includes the brain. The brain is connected to a large group of nerve cells called ganglion. Nerve fibers from the brain and the ganglion run throughout a spiders body. The nerve fibers carry information to the brain from the sense organs on the head, legs, and other parts of the body. The brain can also send signals through the nerve fibers to
control the activities of the body.
