Rollerblading is a fun, cool sport. It is a good way to get exercise. If you exercise 30 minutes to an hour a day that is a great way to lose a few pounds in about 6 weeks. Rollerblades, or inane skates, are similar to regular roller skates, with a few differences. Rollerblades are faster and easier to maneuver. They have three to five small wheels arranged in a row. Roller skates have two pairs of wheels in the front and back. Wear protective gear such as a helmet and kneepads.
